Helping to Preserve the Akha Culture

In the province of Chiang Rai, in the northern parts of Thailand, a tribe of ethnic people lives on a hillside and is divided into six villages. These people are the Akha tribe, known for their artistry and their expert farming and hunting methods.

However, the tribe's rich culture, traditions, and history are being encroached upon by the threats of the modern world, and the present generation is slowly losing touch with their culture.
